Vehicles advertised by independent motor dealers are sold directly by the dealer identified in the advertisement.

Fast Cars Dealer does not process or receive payment for vehicles sold by independent dealers.

Buyers must arrange payment directly with the selling dealer. The purchase contract is between the buyer and the independent dealer.

Where an independent dealer offers finance, that finance is provided or arranged independently by the dealer and/or its chosen finance provider.

Fast Cars Dealer does not arrange finance for independent dealer vehicles unless expressly stated otherwise.

Independent dealers are responsible for ensuring that they hold any regulatory permissions or appointments required for the finance activities they undertake.

Where Fast Cars Dealer Ltd is identified as the vehicle seller, the vehicle is being sold directly by Fast Cars Dealer Ltd.

Finance may be available on eligible Fast Cars Dealer Ltd vehicles through our approved third-party finance arrangement.

Finance is subject to status, eligibility and the terms and conditions of the relevant finance provider.

The finance arrangements available for Fast Cars Dealer Ltd's own vehicles are separate from finance offered by independent dealers advertising through the marketplace.

Independent dealers advertising on FastCarsDealer.co.uk are not permitted to represent themselves as being covered by Fast Cars Dealer Ltd's finance arrangements or regulatory status unless expressly authorised in writing.

Fast Cars Dealer is not responsible for finance independently offered or arranged by third-party dealers.
