Fast Cars Dealer provides an online marketplace through which motor dealers can advertise vehicles.

Some vehicles may be owned and sold directly by Fast Cars Dealer Ltd. Other vehicles are advertised and sold by independent motor dealers.

The identity of the seller should be shown on the relevant vehicle advertisement.

Where an independent dealer is identified as the seller, your vehicle purchase is made from that dealer and not from Fast Cars Dealer.

The selling dealer is responsible for the vehicle, its description, the sales process and its legal obligations to you.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have against the selling dealer.

Vehicle information for independent dealer advertisements is supplied by the advertising dealer.

You should check important information with the dealer before purchasing, including vehicle specification, mileage, condition, history, price and availability.

Independent dealers may offer finance through their own finance providers.

Fast Cars Dealer does not arrange finance offered by independent dealers unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

If you choose finance offered by an independent dealer, you will deal with that dealer and/or its finance provider.

For vehicles sold directly by Fast Cars Dealer Ltd, finance may separately be available through our approved third-party finance arrangement.

Finance is subject to status and eligibility. Terms and conditions apply.

Unless Fast Cars Dealer expressly provides a marketplace payment facility, payment for an independent dealer vehicle should be made directly to the selling dealer using payment arrangements agreed with that dealer.

Always verify payment details before transferring substantial sums of money.

If your complaint concerns a vehicle sold by an independent dealer, please contact that dealer first.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
